Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

• All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and local taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• For our US customers, please note that recent changes in U.S. trade law have ended the de minimis exemption for imports into the United States. As a result, all shipments to the U.S. are now subject to tariffs, regardless of value or origin. • By placing an order with Diapoint Shop, you agree to accept full responsibility for any duties, tariffs, or customs fees associated with your shipment.
• Actual fees may vary based on local customs authorities, courier brokerage charges, applicable government policies, and changes in laws and regulations at the time of delivery.

SECTION 9 - DIAPONT QUIZZES AND CONTESTS 

1. Eligibility:
a. Participation in Diapoint quizzes and contests is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
b. Employees, affiliates, and family members of Diapoint are ineligible to participate.

2. User Account Limitations:
a. Multiple accounts created by individuals sharing the same household or address will be considered as one user for the purpose of quizzes and contests.
b. Users are restricted to one entry or participation per quiz or contest, regardless of the number of accounts associated with their household or address.

3. Prize and Gift Limitation:
a. Each user is entitled to receive only one prize or gift per quiz or contest, regardless of the number of accounts associated with their household or address.
b. Diapoint reserves the right to disqualify users who attempt to manipulate the system to receive multiple prizes to the same address.

4. Fair Play and Conduct:
a. Participants are expected to adhere to fair play principles in all quizzes and contests.
b. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the quiz or contest system may result in immediate disqualification.

5. Verification of Identity:
a. Diapoint may require participants to provide additional information to verify their identity and eligibility to receive prizes.
b. Failure to provide accurate information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.

6. Modification or Cancellation:
a. Diapoint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any quiz or contest, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
b. In the event of cancellation, Diapoint may, at its discretion, award prizes based on eligible entries received before the cancellation.

7. Communication:
a. Participants may be contacted by Diapoint for additional information or to confirm eligibility.
b. It is the responsibility of participants to respond promptly to communication from Diapoint to claim their prizes.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
a. By participating in Diapoint quizzes and contests, users acknowledge and agree to these additional terms and conditions.

Diapoint reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Participants are advised to review the terms regularly for any changes. 

 

SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we do not and cannot monitor, control, or provide input.

If any disputes or disagreements occur, both parties will first try to resolve them with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the Dubai International Finance Center Courts. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each party.

 Any disputes or disagreements beyond that, in relation to Diapoint and its Terms of Service, shall be resolved in the Dubai International Finance Center Courts.
