Yes, 4 full hours of one-on-one support, mentoring and training.
For two of those hours, we’ll be focused on your health goals, your eating habits and how you can stock your kitchen to achieve them.
Then, for the second half of this package, we will accompany you to your favorite super market.
As you shop, we will teach you how to select the healthiest foods, share some of our favorite healthy food hacks, and also suggest a recipe or two that you can make that week with your new ingredients.
If you are carb conscious (which we all should be), or have a special diet prescribed to you by your doctor, we can support you in shopping for that too.
